Photography Policy

Thank you for choosing our photography services! We strive to provide you with an exceptional experience and stunning imagery that captures the essence of your special moments. To ensure a smooth and seamless process, please review our photography policy outlined below:

1. Booking and Reservations: a. To secure your desired date and time for the photoshoot, a 50% deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied towards the total cost of your photography package. b. Please note that bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend contacting us well in advance to ensure availability.
2. Payment Schedule: a. The 50% deposit must be paid before the scheduled photoshoot date to confirm your booking. b. The remaining 50% of the total cost is due one day prior to the photoshoot. c. If there are any additional services or products requested during or after the shoot, payment for those should be made within 7 days of the final invoice.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: a. If you need to cancel or reschedule the photoshoot, please notify us as soon as possible. The 50% deposit is non-refundable but may be applied towards a future booking within six months, subject to availability. b. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or equipment failure, we will work with you to reschedule the shoot at no additional cost.
4. Usage and Copyright: a. The photographs captured during the session are the property of the photographer and are protected by copyright laws. b. The client will receive a license for personal use, including sharing and printing the images for personal purposes. c. Commercial use or distribution of the images requires prior written consent from the photographer.
5. Editing and Delivery: a. All images will be professionally edited and retouched to achieve the highest quality standards. b. The final edited images will be delivered to the client via a secure online gallery or other agreed-upon method within the agreed timeframe. c. The photographer retains the right to select and deliver the final edited images, and no raw or unedited files will be provided.
